Appearance:
Hazy, copper amber with small head that quickly fades to mere ring of foam.
Aroma:
Strong honey aromas to the nose with faint boiled apricot sweets/apricot jam.
Taste:
Slightly sweet honey flavoured palate with caramel and faint hop spice.
Aftertaste:
Honeyed, apricot marmalade finish.
