Traditional Bavarian style lager brewed with four different German grains and three hop varieties: Pilsner, Carafoam, Vienna and Munich malts with Perle and Hallertau hops.

Sampled on 15/07/2012

Appearance:

Slight haze, golden amber with small white head but with fair retention and spotted lacing.

Aroma:

Buttery biscuit pie base with floral grassy notes.

Taste:

Well-balanced bready, mild malt with coriander and bitter lemon grass and grassy hops. Very quaffable.

Aftertaste:

Grassy with slightly metallic and buttery parsnip notes.
