Pronounced ‘Ollow-Ross-O’ ‘Dul-Che’ and part of the González Byass ‘Very Rare Solera’ range, this Medium sweet (130g sugar p/l) Oloroso is made from Palomino Fino blended over many years with wines from Pedro Ximénez grapes.

The biblical character of Methuselah (Matúsalem in Spanish) lived to the ripe old age of 969 years and like its namesake, this Sherry is the oldest in the González Byass ‘Rare Old Soleras’ range, although by law it’s only allowed to state 30 years on the label. Serve after a meal or as an accompaniment to mince pies, Christmas pudding or Stilton cheese.
