Gabriel Boudier quince liqueur is presented in a square squat bottle with a soft wax seal, cork and rounded opening (the sticky liqueur may run down the outside of the bottle when pouring). With its small square label the overall impression is of an artisanal, almost homemade liqueur.

Clean fresh quince.

Sabor:

Rich palate which while recognisably quince has a flavour reminiscent of sweetened Calvados.

Aftertaste:

Interesting cocktail ingredient but possibly somewhat over priced.
