Distilled from the juice of sugar cane grown on the North-Caribbean coast of Martinique (from sugar cane varieties: 60% Rod Blue, 20% Cane Cinnamon, 10% Red Cane, 9% Cane Zikak and 1% Cristaline. Distilled in a single copper column and aerated in stainless steel vats for six months.

Presented in a wax-sealed screw cap, rectangular frosted bottle.

Aparência:

Clear and transparent.

Aroma:

Pungent, creamy, estery fruit with ripe white peach and dried grass with sweet cream of soda and a pinch of chimney soot.

Sabor:

Peachy estery fruit, grassy with a touch of saltiness, fresh honeyed sweetness of pure sugar cane juice, sooty, charcoal, and hot cinnamon spice.

Aftertaste:

Dry, burnt toast and chimney soot finish with faint honeyed fruitiness.
