Appearance:

(best before 08/12/12) Cloudy, light straw yellow with moderate head which quickly fades to thin layer of foam with medium lacing.

Aroma:

Yeasty, chamois leather, baguette crust with faint zesty lemon and grassy-herbal aromas.

Taste:

Light bodied straw, wheat and faint hoppy dried lemon zest.

Aftertaste:

Subdued dry wheaty lemongrass finish.
