Aparência:

Clear, faint yellow green tinge.

Aroma:

New-make spirit-like cereal with oily Ryvita crispbread and faint lemon zest.

Sabor:

Clean and soft toasted cereal. Much lighter and softer than might be expected from a three old rye distillate, seeming soothed by oily notes with rye spice attractive rather than aggressive.

Aftertaste:

Black pepper and Ryvita.
