Aparência:

(bbd Sept.2012) Very slight cloudy, dark chestnut brown with huge white head and heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Meaty (imagine bloody beef) with faint farmyard dung and smoked ham.

Sabor:

Delicately smoked, meaty – smoked ham-like with heavily roasted/burnt maltyness and lapsang souchong tea.

Aftertaste:

Smoked ham and tar.
