Kensington gin stands out for a range of reasons, not just because it is made in Scotland yet branded with a very upscale London name. The outstanding thing about this gin is that it is aged in new American oak casks imported from Kentucky.

Kensington is flavoured with French coriander seeds, Portuguese angelica root, German fennel seeds, Thai and Chinese cassia, Sri Lankan cinnamon, Italian orris root, Normandy cardamom, and Spanish almonds, orange peel and lemon peel, plus liquorice, ground nutmeg, cubeb berries, grains of paradise and juniper berries.
