Oldershaw keep the recipe to this blond ale a closely guarded secret. They do, however, reveal that Citra hops are involved and, like all Oldershaw beers, the yeast used is Nottingham Ale and the malts are grown locally in Lincolnshire.

Aparência:

(best before Dec-12) Hazy, burnished copper with thin white head.

Aroma:

Zesty lemon and pink grapefruit nose with white bread and a hint of eggyness.

Sabor:

Light bodied and refreshing. Pine and citrus zest oil hops overpower muted malts.

Aftertaste:

Cleansing citrusy hops.
