Review and Tasting

Sampled on 29/09/2012

Appearance:

(best before 05-Dec-14, batch 732) Cloudy (with sediment), orange amber with thick fluffy white head and heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Orange, lime and grapefruit zest with malty cereal.

Taste:

Zingy citrus and moderately bitter with alpine fresh assertive hops and fruity yeast.

Aftertaste:

Lingering bready malt and zesty pine finish. (Be sure to share a 500ml bottle – tackled solo and lingering breadyness becomes heavy.)
