A Grapefruit flavoured soda drink; Jarritos source the grapefruits from the Gulf of Mexico and use natural sugar rather than corn syrup.

Review and Tasting

Sampled before 1st May 2011

Appearance:

Slightly cloudy or hazy straw yellow colour, small bubbles rising intermittently.

Aroma:

Powerful natural grapefruit scent, commanding citrus tone, slight lemonade note.

Taste:

Very fizzy texture, quite dull after the strong scent. Muted citrus flavour, tasting of watered-down lemonade.

Aftertaste:

sweetness left at the back of the mouth but the aftertaste is fairly boring and lifeless.
