A Manchester mirco-brewery produces this Indian Pale Ale, brewed with New Zealead Nelson Sauvin and Green Bullet hops. Marble Dobber is bottle conditioned without finings so is vegan certified.

Appearance:

(best before 4-May-13) Cloudy (with heavy deposit in bottle), dark amber with huge sudsy head leaving sudsy lacing.

Aroma:

Dried fruit, grapefruit and aromatic floral hops.

Taste:

Grass, nettles and citrus zest with leafy hops.

Aftertaste:

Stewed tea, leafy hops and pink grapefruit zest.
