Aparência:
(barrel DC58, youngest barrel 28-July-00, bottled 13-Apr-12 - 11 yrs 9 months at bottling) Clear, pale gold.
Aroma:
Leathery tropical fruit, green grapes and cinnamon dusted apple pie with mild spice.
Sabor:
Rich, fruity mince pie with dark chocolate, oaky pencil shavings and cinnamon spice.
Aftertaste:
Lingering old leather and oaky pencil shavings with dried fruit, cinnamon and ginger spice.
