Named ‘Age de Glace’ (Ice Age), due to this armagnac being styled to be served with ice. Made from 100% Folle Blanche wine single distilled to a maximum of 53-55% alc./vol. and reduced to bottling strength with purified water.

A blend of several vintages, the youngest brandies are 3 years old and the oldest 6 years old. The blend spends a finishing period ageing in casks previously used to age a sweet white wine made with Petit Manseng grapes. As with all Chateau de Pellehaut Armagnacs, L'Age de Glace is made without the addition of boise or sugar and bottled without chill-filtration.
