Appearance:
Clear, golden amber.
Aroma:
Toasty cedar wood and honey with cinnamon.
Taste:
Medium bodied, silky and very slightly sweet but with a back bone of toasty oak and cinnamon spice. Strong notes of vanilla and faint peach fruit along with the more predictable prune notes.
Aftertaste:
Vanilla lingers in the honeyed lightly woody finish.
