Appearance:

Cloudy, muddy amber with huge white fluffy head and heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Fermenting yeasty malt with apricot fruit and mandarin orange zest.

Taste:

Carbonation-induced creamy mouthfeel, full-flavoured with bready fruit softening bitter hoppy notes. Slight cleansing acidity.

Aftertaste:

Bready finish with lingering citrus and white wine acidity.
