With over 150 years of production, Baines is one of the most respected brands of traditional Spanish Pacharan and is made by macerating sloe berries for at least three months.

Aparência:

Clear, coppery amber with bronze highlights.

Aroma:

Pungent sloe berry fruit and stewed prunes with faint hint of anise.

Sabor:

Rich sloe berry and jammy cherry fruit with cracked black pepper tingle, clove and nutmeg.

Aftertaste:

Blackcurrant jam, ripe plums and cracked black pepper spice with chocolate and faint aniseed. Not nearly as aniseed forward as brands such as Zoco.
