Aparência:

Almost opaque, deep tawny brown with long lasting beige head leaving moderate lacing.

Aroma:

Earthy bready nose with mocha coffee, Demerara sugar, caramel, prunes and pickled walnuts.

Sabor:

Full-bodied, bready malt, stewed prunes/plump sultanas and strong piney hops with bourbon-like spirity notes and Demerara sugar richness.

Aftertaste:

Burnt toast, blackened fruitcake and burnt sugar/caramel.
