Appearance:

Clear, pale straw yellow/golden.

Aroma:

Fresh passion fruit, boiled sweets and marmalade.

Taste:

Cooked rather than fresh passion fruit citric acidy with slight boiled sweet note.

Aftertaste:

Citric acidity very evident in the boiled sweet finish.
