Flavoured with infusions of dandelion root and burdock root, this is an authentic recreation of traditional dandelion and burdock, a drink consumed in the British Isles since the Middle Ages.

Appearance:

Clear, deep tawny brown with plentiful large bubbles.

Aroma:

Black liquorice penny chews, pear drops, maraschino cherry and herbal notes.

Taste:

Liquorice, cherry, pear juice and bitter rooty notes. Slightly sweet with generous carbonation adding balancing acidity.

Aftertaste:

Black cherry, liquorice and cola cubes.
