Aparência:

Thick beige-coloured foam with uneven bubble size. Very stable, long lasting foam.

Aroma:

Full on amaretti biscuit nose.

Sabor:

Bitter sweet amaretto palate with bitter flavours likened to hairspray.

Aftertaste:

Lingering, slightly bitter amaretto finish.
