Appearance:

Slight haze, amber yellow with white head that quickly dissipated.

Aroma:

Apple, pear and ripe banana fruit and daffodil floral on a generally mild, lightly hoppy nose.

Taste:

Bready with overripe banana, delightfully bitter hops and light red pepper bite.

Aftertaste:

The nearly 8% abv is scarily disguised as being an innocent and very tasty beer. Well toasted current bun finish.
