The label of this Limoncello declares “grown in Amalfi, distilled in England, born in Soho”. Released in June 2014 as a limited edition of 1,000 bottles, Sohocello is the result of a collaboration between Chase Distillery and Thom and James Elliot, the founders of Pizza Pilgrims of Soho, London.

Sohocello is made by Chase using Amalfi lemons sourced from the ancient lemon groves of 82-year-old Luigi Aceto, who born and raised on his family’s farm. His lemons where hand-peeled and macerated in Chase Distillery’s 96% Hereford potato spirit for seven days prior to reducing to bottling strength with a blend of sugar and water.
