Appearance:

Crystal clear. Very few bubbles.

Aroma:

Subtle lemon zest and subdued quinine.

Taste:

Slightly sweet with pronounced lemon zest and mild quinine bitterness.

Aftertaste:

ingering lemon zest, citric acidity and quinine. Interestingly different but bordering on a bitter lemon.
