Appearance:

(sample BBE Aug/17) Clear, coppery golden amber with moderately retentive thin white head.

Aroma:

Straw, earthy caramel, honey and toffee apple.

Taste:

Stewed apple, caramel and toffee with faint berry fruit.

Aftertaste:

Caramel and honeycomb.
