Hopped with Simcoe, Brewdog say this IPA “is an ode to one of our favourite hops. May flurries of hop flakes blanket the world like you’ve never seen it before, and deck the halls and carpet the streets with tangy sweet citrus aroma of papaya and pineapple.”

Aparência:

(sample bottle BB 21/Oct/17) Deep, coppery amber with thin but retentive off white head and stopped lacing.

Aroma:

Resinous pine, pineapple, pink grapefruit zest, papaya, mango and a light peppery spice.

Sabor:

Full-bodied. Brown yeasty bread, resinous pine, dried pineapple, pink grapefruit zest, papaya, mango, caramel and black pepper spice. Heavy carbonation.

Aftertaste:

Bitter piney finish with zesty citrus and light pineapple fruitiness.

No geral:

A big, resinous piney IPA but not as hoppy as some double IPAs with attractive dried pineapple fruit, zesty citrus and light black pepper spice.
