Aparência:

Clear, deep coppery golden amber.

Aroma:

Toasty with linseed oil putty, grilled sweetcorn, roasted brazil nuts and shells, vanilla, blackened fruit cake and dried apricot. Faint cinnamon.

Sabor:

Pecan nut, buttery caramel, maple syrup, dried peach and black pepper with breakfast tea tannins, dry smoky bacon oak, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Aftertaste:

Buttery pecan and almond, maple syrup and tea tannins with cinnamon and black pepper spice.

No geral:

Bitter black tea and oak tannins balance sweet maple with pecan toasted nuttiness, cinnamon and black pepper spice.
