Appearance:

Clear, pale to mi- golden amber.

Aroma:

Fragrant and floral with sea salt, white grapes, pistachio and faint black seaweed.

Taste:

Bone dry acidity with rich raisin notes, mineral saltiness and faint nuttiness.

Aftertaste:

Long finish with minerality and lingering saltiness.

Overall:

Bone dry with salty acidity, good minerality and faint nuttiness.
