Developed by Jurgen Lijcops, a Belgian sommelier and owner of Michelin starred The Glorious restaurant, Forest Vermouth is based on organic Montepulciano wine with an infusion of 52 herbs and spices. It is aged 6 months in French oak barrels previously used to age Chateau d’Yquiem and Le Pin wines.
Forest Vermouth is not filtered prior to bottling so has some sediment.

Clouded by sediment, golden amber.
Currant buns, brown bread, cinnamon, gun powder and blueberry fruit muffin.
Cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper spiced currant buns with red berry and wine fruitiness.
Christmas spiced wine.
Rich red berry fruit and wine with enlivening spice. Great flavours but lacks harmony.
