Launched 2015, this Navy Strength gin (like its 41.5% sibling) is named after its distillers first forage for botanicals along the cliffs of the Pentland Firth near the distillery, where Rhodiola rosea was introduced to them by a local Herbalist. It was literally a rose in the rocks, hence the name.

Other botanicals foraged from the Caithness countryside include: sea buckthorn, rowan berries and watermint. Annual changes in these botanicals impact the gin, meaning its character subtly changes each year.

Rock Rose Gin is distilled in a 500 litre copper pot still with the botanicals held in a vapour basket. Each bottle is hand-wax sealed and signed by the distiller.
