Launched 2015, this Navy Strength gin (like its 41.5% sibling) is named after its distillers first forage for botanicals along the cliffs of the Pentland Firth near the distillery, where Rhodiola rosea was introduced to them by a local Herbalist. Pungent cardamom and black pepper spirity spice with pine needles and lavender. Subtler clean hamster cage, potpourri and lemon zest. Bursts with menthol freshness with water.
Zippy pine and citrus freshness with enlivening cardamom spice and rooty complexity. An amplified version of the 41.5% bottling of the same gin. Lavender and violet notes emerge with water.
Black pepper spice, pine freshness, cardamom and potpourri with faint sweet balsawood.
A punchy cleansing gin with pronounced pine needle freshness, black pepper and cardamom spice.
