Aparência:
(sample bottle best before 29/May/18) Clear, deep coppery amber with thin but retentive off-white head and minimal lacing.
Aroma:
Caramel, red apple and light brown bread.
Sabor:
Medium-bodied with light carbonation. Caramel malt with balancing grapefruit and lightly grassy bitter hops.
Aftertaste:
Lightly bitter malty finish.
No geral:
A well-balanced amber ale with sweet caramel malts checked by lightly grassy bitter hops.
