Review and Tasting

Sampled on 10/05/2018

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Some minerality but almost odorless.

Taste:

Sour and acidic. Not something we'd advise you to drink.

Aftertaste:

Metallic finish.

Overall:

With citric acid, malic acid, phosphoric acid, tartazoate acid, succinic acid and sodium benzoete, Supasawa is certainly acidic but please don't consider it as an alternative to freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice. Lemon and limes add flavour rather than just acidity.
