Review and Tasting

Sampled on 29/07/2025

Appearance:

Clear, deep maroon red.

Aroma:

Pungent blackcurrant fruit.

Taste:

Concentrated blackcurrant and not as sweet as you might imagine due to balancing fruit tannins.

Aftertaste:

Long blackcurrant finish.

Overall:

Superbly clean with intense ripe blackcurrant aroma, this syrup from Monin is hard to fault.
