Based on grape spirit produced from surplus table grapes, Hyke Gin is flavoured with 15 botanicals: Juniper, Myrrh, Nigella Seed, Rooibos, Cumin, Bay Leaf, Green Cardamon, Black Cardamon, Coriander, Angelica root, Angelica seed, Orris root, Liquorice root, Aniseed, and Lemon zest.
