Appearance:
Clear, orange-crimson red.
Aroma:
Zesty grapefruit and orange with rosemary and delicate spice.
Taste:
Just on the bitter side of bittersweet with tart ruby red grapefruit and zesty orange over a herbal rooty base.
Aftertaste:
Long zesty bittersweet finish that leaves you salivating for another sip.
Overall:
A tiny bit drier and with more herbal complexity than the brand-leading Italian aperitivo (Aperol).
