Avaliação e degustação

Experimentado em 16/03/2020

Aparência:

Clear, bright coppery amber.

Aroma:

Pencil shavings, hot sawn oak, maple syrup, chamois leather and cigar ash.

Sabor:

Dry stewed tea tannins, spicy young wood and liquorice with faint banana.

Aftertaste:

Dry and spicy toasted oak with faint milk chocolate.

No geral:

Eleven months in new Hungarian oak has imparted generous (perhaps overly so) dry wood tannins but these are mellowed a little by underlying richness.
