A traditional Vermouth di Torino based on Italian Trebbano and Marsala wines, this vermouth is aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels.

Botanicals flavouring this vermouth include wormwood, tolu balsam, cloves, vanilla pods, rhubarb, ginger, cinchona tincture, grapeskin and bitter orange peel.

Appearance:

Clear, deep bronze amber with red glints.

Aroma:

Fruity and herbal with prune, candied orange, vanilla, wormwood and delicate clove spice.

Taste:

Sweet and fruity with light balancing bitterness and herbal complexity. Prune, raisin, stewed tea, zesty orange, carob and vanilla.

Aftertaste:

Bittersweet finish with lingering herbal fruit.

Overall:

Sweeter and more fruit-forward than the leading rosso vermouth.
