Produced by two brothers in small batches. Each of the 13 botanicals are individually infused in organic wheat spirit and then cold/low-pressure distilled using two rotary evaporators 'Roberta' and 'Aretha'.

The individual botanical spirit vapours are condensed at -8°c, collected and rested to allow the spirit to settle before being blended to create the finished gin. Finally, each batch is tasted and every bottle hand-numbered and signed.

Review and Tasting

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pungent zesty orange and piney juniper with faint liquorice.

Taste:

Bright, fresh and generously flavoured. Zesty citrus bursts forth with cassia bark spiced piney juniper. There's deoth of flavour with faint earthy and floral notes but these are overwelmed by zestrus.

Aftertaste:

Clean zesty citrus and spicy pine finish.

Overall:

A good example of the fresh zesty citrus notes that low-pressure distillation can capture and impart in a gin.
