Appearance:

Clear, pale golden yellow.

Aroma:

Acacia honey, fresh straw, not yet ripe pineapple, apple and pear, white pepper.

Taste:

Medium-bodied. Sweet vanilla, baked apple, dry tannins with elegant oak, and well-judged spice (cinnamon, clove and black pepper).

Aftertaste:

Honeyed and spicy with dried pineapple and pear.

Overall:

Pleasing invigorating spice and mellowing honey with pineapple and pear fruitiness.
