The brainchild of vodka enthusiast and industry veteran, Pleurat Shabani, Konik's Tail is distilled using spelt, Golden Rye and early winter wheat grown by farmers close to Poland's Białowieza Forest. This triple grain vodka takes its name from the Konik wild ponies which still graze in the forest.

Konik's Tail is distilled at the Polmos Bialystok distillery, which is situated close to the Białowieza Forest, most noted for its production of Zubrowka (bison grass) vodka. No sugar or other additives are used to sweeten or flavour Konik's Tail but it is filtered through silver birch charcoal.
