This botanical flavoured vodka takes its flavour from seven Australian botanicals, each infused and distilled using either cold reduced pressure distillation or vapour distillation using a botanical basket and column still.

Review and Tasting

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Black tea, ripe peach, candied lime peel, cut grass and jasmine. Slight whiff of hairspray (in a good way).

Taste:

Starts soft and fruity with peach, bubblegum and mint before assertive white pepper spice and citrus notes take hold.

Aftertaste:

White pepper spice, crushed mint leaves, zesty citrus and a touch of peach.

Overall:

Like 42 Below's Feijoa this is a vodka I feel I should like but there's just something about it that reminds me of hairspray and mouthwash. I'm also not quite sure what I'd do with it.
