Based on organic wheat alcohol nine times distilled. Seiers say their Thyme Bitters "stands out with the distinctive smell of thyme. This one you cannot hide from even if you dose it lightly it will be evident on the nose immediately – and that's the reason it's so fantastic to work with."

Appearance:

Clear, deep brown amber with copper glints.

Aroma:

Pungent thyme with black pepper.

Taste:

Starts with rooty bitterness before thyme flavours explode and dominate.

Overall:

A dry and full-flavoured, very aromatic thyme bitters. Only drops rather than dashes are required.
