Made from an infusion of herbs, flowers, fruit, berries and roots with added Fragolino from the Nonino vineyard in Buttrio.

Created in 1940 by Silvia Nonino, the then recently widowed wife of Antonio. Silvia took over the management of the family's distillery and became Italy's first female distiller.

Appearance:

Clear, golden yellow.

Aroma:

Citrus forward with gentian, floral génépi, and rooty herbal notes.

Taste:

Bittersweet with floral génépi, dandelion, quinine, citrus and vanilla.

Aftertaste:

Long, bittering bittersweetness with buttery vanilla citrus.

Overall:

Serve chilled for a very moreish aperitivo or digestivo.
