Aparência:

Hazy, deep amber-brown.

Aroma:

Vegetal, bandages, smoked Eccles cake (pastry and cooked raisins), vanilla and carbolic.

Sabor:

Initially bittersweet, fruity and smoky. Tobacco leaf, asphalt and coal tar emerge and dominate.

Aftertaste:

Smoky tobacco leaf, asphalt and black pepper spice.

No geral:

While the tasting notes may not sound appealing, these bitters can add pleasing notes to some cocktails. And to quote, Jonathan Spacher, Fee Borther's CEO, "my FAVORITE drink is a Oaxaca Old Fashioned with Fee Bros Tobacco bitters. And I'm not a tobacco guy!"
