A blend of four crus – Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Fin Bois and Bon Bois – matured in French oak barrels for a minimum of four years.
Bisquit & Dubouché cognacs are distilled on the lees and employ the long-cut method devised by the founder, Alexandre Bisquit. The heart run is extended, with the cut to tails left later than for other cognac houses. The design is made according to the distiller's sampling of the run. The longer 'heart' run produces a distillate with more flavoursome esters.

Clear, deep coppery golden amber.
Vanilla, caramel, toasted almond, lavender, rose petals, dried apricot, elegant oak, clove and cinnamon.
Robust with assertive cinnamon spice, caramel, dry oak tannins, ripe pear, lavender and honeysuckle floral notes.
Leathery, nutty, woody rancio notes are amplified in the long finish.
A generously flavoured, robust VSOP cognac to challenge some XOs as an acomplement to a cigar.
