Chinola Mango Liqueur is made from a blend of fresh mangoes, including Keitt, Kent, and Banilejo varieties, as well as some passion fruit, all sourced in the Dominican Republic, where this liqueur is also made.

Fortified with cane neutral spirit and sweetened with cane sugar. Chinola Mango has no artificial colours or flavours.

Appearance:

Opaque, thick and glass coating. Deep mango yellow.

Aroma:

Freshly cut ripe mango with floral notes and black pepper spice.

Taste:

Thick mouthfeel and an explosion of black pepper-spiced ripe mango fruit. (Natural pectines and fibres add viscosity and mouthfeel.)

Aftertaste:

Long, delicately spiced mango fruit finish with a touch of cacao.

Overall:

Fabulously fruity! Cries out for mixing with rum or pouring generously over ice cream or a fruit salad.
