Review and Tasting

Sampled on 05/10/2011

Appearance:

(batch No. 21001) Pale gold colour.

Aroma:

Apple and ripe pear with a hint reminiscent of warm soft plastic and toasted croissants.

Taste:

Medium bodied, slightly stringent (again - plastic-like notes) before the emergence of warm, Californian yellow raisin, toasted, sweet vanilla honey.

Aftertaste:

Hot, spicy finish.
