Affectionately known as ‘Bundy’, in the 1960s Bundaberg’s famous square bottle and its polar bear label were introduced. The bear stems from the days when it was believed rum had medicinal properties and that Bundy could ward off the worst type of chill - hence an Arctic animal seemed appropriate.

Clear, deep coppery amber.
Old leather, vinous fruit, morello cherry, liquorice, sticky buns and tea chest.
Grippy spice, toffee and vinous fruit. A splash of water calms the spice revealing toffee apple and cider notes with more vinous fruit.
Long spicy, fudge and fruit finish.
