Appearance:
Clear, golden amber.
Aroma:
Pungent vanilla and buttery leather with mild cinnamon and red peppercorn spice.
Taste:
Slightly sweet, rich vanilla, buttery subdued oak, raisin fruit cake and very mild cinnamon spice.
Aftertaste:
More of the same. Vanilla, subdued buttery oak and very mild spice.
Overall:
Mild, mellow and very lightly spiced. An inoffensive spiced rum - sorry “spirit drink”.
